Saturday November 2nd.

The viewings on the Saturday went well. Monday morning the Estate Agents rang to say there had been 2 offers. We went for the one willing to offer £5,000 over the asking price. They are cash buyers.

We had seen a house in Guisborough - exactly what we wanted but hadn't looked since.

As luck would have it the house was still for sale. We made an offer and it was accepted. The house is empty.

12 weeks apparently! Being realistic end of January/early February!
