A walk around our village.

Bing has a blister on his paw so we have given the beach a miss - I took Freida for a short walk in the village - down the lane to our church.

I will be using lots of this greenery in my Christmas Wreath

Again, the red berries will look fantastic in a wreath.

St. Michael's is a lovely church.

The sky is looking a tad dark - a bit of pottering in the snug this afternoon me thinks!

Watch this space!

  1. What a beautiful place you live in. I do love the moors. Poor Bing. Our dog gets cracked paws but she's never had a blister, it must be painful for him. I'm sending off for some paw balm for use in the cold weather.

I love the photos you post and all that greenery is so lush. Take a photo of the wreath when it's done.
The photos of Bing in the last post are so lovely!

    1. Hi Maggie - our church did have a weekly service where no more than 8 would attend at any time but a new vicar changed the routine and services only take place every 3 weeks now. Harvest Festival is always popular as we are a farming community.

  5. It looks quite autumnal there, with leaves still clinging to the trees. Even our beech leaves have been blown off now.

    1. Very autumnal - managed a walk on the beach today - just as we got back to the car the heavens opened.
