Wish l lived a bit nearer Denise, so that I could come to that class - looks so interesting.
Sounds like you're really enjoying your pottery class. Good for you. I'm thinking of taking a knitting class sometime soon. Great job on the vase.
Can't wait to see it 'fired'!
Love it! Considering it's only your second thing, it's particularly awesome!I started doing pottery classes in September and I may very well be addicted now - it's such fun making something from a pile of mud. Clay is so much more forgiving than I thought it would be and I like that if I do it wrong, I can wedge it up and start again - no waste, no expense.Oh, and further to the giggling at your last class that you mentioned last week: I think we've giggled over one creation or another at every single one of my classes - we've had accidental willies, scrotums, urinals and pots with lids that are very clearly boobs! I think that adds to the fun of it :)
It is looking very pretty :-)
Wow - looks like you have found yourself a new calling - that is so good. I went to Art school and I can honestly say my second creation in pottery was no where near as good as that. Needless to say my brother is the potter in the family and I went down the Fashion and Textiles route.
that looks lovely, If I lived nearby I would love to do this class!
Is there no end to your creative talents Mrs N?
That's a lovely vase. I really like it!Maggie xNuts in May
