About 3 miles up the road from our village is the Scaling Dam Saling Club.
I enjoy looking at the boats there, so I decided to get some inspiration for ABC Wednesday whilst taking Freida for a walk.
I loaded my pictures into Picassa and used the basic tools to play around!
A nice little break from DIY!

ReplyDeleteNice set of yachts. We took the plunge, so to speak, and bought a small sail boat when our boys were pre teens. Used my royalties to do it and then upgraded the size every year or so. It was a great move. It kept our boys from the rampant drugs and alcohol among the surfer dudes one of the drawbacks to living in so. Cal.)and today our sailing days are among their happiest memories. They both have boats still today.

ReplyDeleteThose yachts look cosily tucked in. Wise with all the gale force winds around, definitely more dog walking than sailing weather, although I did spot a surfer the other day.
