Delete...and so it goes! I gained 4 pounds over the holidays, but I think I've lost them now with this bout of bronchitis.
ReplyDeleteHope you are feeling better Chris xxxx
DeleteWell done on the weight loss. I've just started a diet myself so I'm hoping that I've lost something when I weigh myself on Sunday.
ReplyDeleteI don't trust our scales Jo and I don't get weighed before Slimming World on a Wednesday.
DeleteWow, well done! Can I have your fat-girl clothes please? :-)
ReplyDeleteThey've all gone Kath - we have a great clothes exchange at SW and also amongst friends - anyway they would be far too big for you anyway! lol!
DeleteMay have those four pounds, please. I lost 6 when I had flu, and I've only gained one back.

You're very determined - I wish I could be so much, but I am working at it. I've managed to get my blood sugar levels down from 7.4 to 6.3 in 3 months and lost almost 10 lbs. *sigh* But sometimes I get SO hungry!
ReplyDeleteYou are lucky to lose so much. Wish I had the will power.

Nuts in May
Just keep going with the will power for a bit longer and you will be there.
ReplyDeleteWow, I wish I could lose 28 pounds and only gain back a little over Christmas. 20 years ago I was put on steroid medication for a serious illness and it did terrible damage to my body, including making me gain horrendous amounts of weight. Then my doctor said, "Oh, some people never lose steroid weight." I wish they had told me the side-effects in the beginning. There was a surgical option I'd have chosen rather than take the medication.
ReplyDeleteAnyway, hurray for you, Denise. I'm very proud of your accomplishments (notice the plural). I think about you a lot because we're in the process of getting prices on a kitchen renovation. My husband hasn't agreed to the renovation, but he has agreed to look at prices (he can't do the work himself).

Fantastic loss! I have just lost a stone, then put on 9 pounds over christmas, it wasn't that good! Lost it again thankfully. How are you losing it?
ReplyDeleteWow! That is fantastic. I started a new diet blog. If you have time there is a link on my FF blog!
ReplyDeleteHurray! Thank you for joining the Monthly Make for 2012. I am really looking forward to seeing what you make!
