Told you so!

The weather forecast was spot on! We awoke to thick snow so as soon as I could I went out for a walk with Frida and captured the morning! I am now in hibernation mode and will not be venturing out - well not driving anyway. Jon loves the adventure feel of driving in the snow and I am quite happy to let him but I detest it and am very nervous. We may go out on the moors later and I will take my camera.

  1. Oh my that's cold! Pretty, but cold. You've got some lovely potential christmas cards in there though.
I'm glad they just changed our forecast to dry but cloudy. I hate snow. (Well - having to deal with it on the motorway and in the city.)
Hope you're well stocked with food!

  11. Your heavy snow was reported on our TV news. Does this mean your spring will come early too?

  12. Hi Mrs N,
Perhaps a dog sled? Better still, cosy fire, crumpets, and the smell of baking for winter suppers! It looks beautiful though, doesn't it.

  14. Beautiful photos. We've also had quite a bit of snow on the North East coast, but not quite as much as you.

    Stay warm and safe.
