L is for Lamb

We love lamb and for Easter Saturday we sat down to this beautiful joint!
I rubbed olive oil, garlic and rosemary into the surface and cooked for a couple of hours. Awesome!

We have had leftovers and another meal from this so all in all a good idea of the time!

  3. We love lamb, too! But the best is from Britain! We get ours from Oz...loved all the different ways my friend Marion (from Andover) cooks lamb.

  9. It's been so long since I ate lamb - your picture certainly made the old mouth water - Oh how I wish I could eat red meat again instead of chicken and fish!!

  10. lamb imported from New Zealand? Leg of lambs are expensive here, despite them having 12 lambs to one person.
