It's been 10 days since Sadie moved in
and Bing and her are loving life. Every morning we are down on the beach making the most of the good and not so good weather. Sadie seems to have a calming effect on Bing and on 2 occasions we have left them home alone for a couple of hours, returning home to a quiet kitchen - with no damage or signs of any nibbling.
Bing continues to develop and grow into a very lovely natured dog - so proud of the little chap!
Taken after lunch!
Two really tired dogs after romping on the beach.
ReplyDeleteGlad they are getting on so well together. Two very lucky dogs to have you for a *mum*!

I agree with Maggie, they are lucky to have you. Of course, Bing doesn't remember anything but your love and affection, and he's had so much of it that he's now able to share it with Sadie. She must feel like a very lucky dog to be part of your life and Bing's.

ReplyDeleteLove all the footie prints in the sand.

What a gorgeous pair! Those cliffs remind me of some at Filey, i think.
ReplyDeletewhat a lovely life she is having with you. I presume her old owners had to give her up and the breeder took her in, while seeking a new home for her?
ReplyDeleteI've just been catching up with your posts, I'm so sorry to hear the sad news about Freida, so soon after Elsie too. How lucky to have found Sadie, she looks as though she's settling in to the family very well, and Bing has got a lovely friend to play with.
ReplyDeleteAh, they'll be pals for life!
