I am a veggie as you may know but if I wasn't I would be asking for the recipe they do look tempting. perhaps I could try a nut version!
Do you use quorn mince? I am going to try it - but would use an egg to help bind the meatballs.

Me too - mu favourite- I always have a couple of bags of frozen veg at hand to add at the end of cooking.
My mother always said attractive-looking food tastes better, so this looks delicious!K
