D is for.......Designs!
I have 3 wedding commissions on right now. I love it! Of an evening sometimes I find myself not being able to sleep because I am too busy thinking through my ideas and thoughts.Any ideas I have I text myself - then I sleep like a baby knowing I will not forget my ideas..........I decided to experiment with some sewing - afterall this ABC is all about my sewing adventure.....here are a few I was playing with last night!

Lovely, I like the second one best. I made a friends wedding stationery and then my nieces, couldn't switch my mind off for about 2 years whilst firstly thinking about it, then making samples and then making it all!!

ReplyDeleteValentine's Day and weddings—that would keep your creative mind working overtime for sure. I love the idea of texting yourself your late night inspirations. I would do that if I knew how. I'm still at the scribble-on-the-nearest-piece-of-paper stage of midnight technology. All of my ideas right now are about our upcoming kitchen reno, so I still think of you every day.
