One of my friends was organising a family re-union and asked me to bake some cakes.

Coffee Walnut



Double Chocolate




Strawberry with mascapone. Home made raspberry jam and cream to sandwich together.

    Thankyou - not! I just started "I've given up Sugar" and gazing on these lovely cakes has been difficult….. no…. I shall not have that muffin with my (unsugared) coffee!
